Aspley Jandera was established in 2004 to provide both Financial Planning and Mortgage advice. Martin Jandera has been acting as a Financial Adviser for almost 10 years and a Mortgage Broker for the past 8. Traicha Aspley is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years experience. She is a qualified Financial Adviser and has been a Mortgage Broker for the past 2 years.
Aspley Jandera Mortgages, is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). As a requirement of the MFAA, Aspley Jandera Mortgages are also members of the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL), the industry complaints service. In addition to this Aspley Jandera Financial Services holds its own Australian Financial Services License, which means that it is able to provide financial advice without the constraints of larger, financially aligned planning firms. Aspley Jandera Financial Services is also a member of the Financial Industry Complaints Service (FICS).

Traicha is an accredited mortgage broker through the MFAA, and has been a broker for a number of years. Her extensive accounting background gives her the ability to interpret company financial statements and personal tax returns, allowing her to clearly articulate the financial position of her clients. Her extensive experience in the financial services industry ensures that she has a solid understanding of the mortgage products available and is able to successfully place her clients with products and lenders that match the needs of her clients. Traicha's success as a mortgage broker is very much attributed to her commitment in providing a high level of service to her clients in addition to her industry knowledge and experience. Martin is an accredited mortgage broker through the MFAA and has been assisting clients and businesses with their financing needs for almost 10 years. Martin, is able to enhance his client's experience by bringing across his knowledge and expertise as a respected Financial Adviser. As a Financial Adviser he is able to interpret client's financial positions, their immediate and long term objectives and then develop appropriate finance solutions which will allow them to finance their property purchase, address their other financing needs and ensure their future financial position is not compromised. Martin's understanding of the mortgage market ensures that he is able to match clients with the appropriate mortgage product and offer repayment strategies well beyond the comprehension of the ordinary mortgage broker. Martin's success in combining his mortgage broking and financial advising expertise often finds him dealing with large loans and complex personal and business needs.
